The purchase announcement establishes a dynamic purchasing system. All candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be accepted for a dynamic purchasing system. Registration is not binding on the candidate. The candidate can choose which competitions to take place within the system. Tuomi Logistiikka Oy conducts the approval of candidates for the dynamic purchasing system on behalf of Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy.

Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy asks candidates who are interested in the acquisition to submit an application to participate in a dynamic purchasing system for the procurement of ventilation equipment filters. The dynamic purchasing system is two-step. In the first phase, a dynamic purchasing system will be established and, in the second phase, the filters of the ventilation equipment included in the dynamic purchasing system will be tendered through internal tendering, for example by electronic auction. Tenders will be held approximately two (2) times a year. The criteria for the overall economic advantage of the acquisition within the dynamic purchasing system will be further specified in the call for tender. All eligible candidates can join the dynamic purchasing system throughout its duration and all candidates admitted to the procurement system may submit tenders for competitive tendering.

Note.! Registration to the system does not bind the candidate and does not oblige to participate in the actual tenders. However, joining is a prerequisite for participating in competitive tendering. In addition, the eligibility conditions specified in the procurement documents are required.
