The purpose of the contract is to provide the Service of Operation of the Information Systems of the Data Processing Centers, Main and Backup, and the ADIF Corporate IP Network, in person in the Technical Room of the Main Data Processing Centre located at Paseo de las Delicias, 61 in Madrid and technical assistance, also in person, in monitoring, activities of special technical relevance, reporting, monitoring and implementation of small internal projects and other activities within the framework

regulated by the ISO 20000 standard.

The required service, in addition to executing the necessary operational tasks, must promote all those improvement actions that optimize the operability and availability of the systems. This will be provided by people with proven experience and sufficient degree of specialization, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
