1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation for the extension of the intersection of Warszawska and Borowa streets, along with the extension of the category C rail-road crossing at km 63.130 of the Ocice – Rzeszów Główny railway line in the adjacent Borowa street, reconstruction of infrastructure and traffic control devices.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in:

The scope of the study includes the extension of public roads with a length of approx. 541 m, including:
1. Extension of the intersection of Warszawska and Borowa streets,
2. Extension of the road subordinated to Warszawska Street – Borowa Street to the extent necessary for the length of approx. 115 m,
3. Construction of additional lanes at the intersection along Warszawska Street (extension of Warszawska Street to a length of approx. 400 m),
4. Reinforcement of the existing surface structure – right carriageway of the reconstructed Warszawska Street,
5. Widening of the existing surface structure – right carriageway of the reconstructed Warszawska Street,
6. Replacement of the existing surface structure of Borowa Street,
7. Construction of an additional roadway along Borowa Street to the length of approx. 26 m,
8. Extension of the rail-road crossing category C at km 63.130 of the railway line Ocice – Rzeszów Główny and its adaptation of the requirements for the rail-road crossing category B. – on the terms obtained from PKP (or prolongation of the obtained technical conditions) at the stage of design works
9. Reconstruction of railway traffic control infrastructure and equipment and adapting it to the requirements for the rail-road crossing category B – on the terms obtained from PKP (or prolongation of the obtained technical conditions) at the design stage,
10. Possible construction of acoustic screens,
11. Reconstruction/construction of pedestrian crossings,
12. Construction/reconstruction of pedestrian sidewalks,
13. Construction/reconstruction of individual and public exits into plots adjacent to road sections covered by the study, providing access to adjacent areas,
14.Necessary preparatory works for the demolition of existing fences, existing road surfaces, substructures, etc. conflicting with the investment,
15. Execution of necessary earthworks,
16. Possible surface reinforcement of weak-bearing subsoil,
17. Construction/reconstruction of access roads, internal roads and pedestrian-carriageway roads to ensure the service of adjacent areas, local transport, legal persons and business entities, to the extent ensuring the passability of vehicles corresponding to the business profile of these persons and entities,
18. Construction of elements resulting from obtained administrative decisions, including environmental protection devices,
19. Construction of two bus bays on Krogulskiego Street or Borowa Street (on the section between Krogulskiego Street). Warszawska Street) together with the necessary infrastructure and equipment of the ITS passenger information system, in the location agreed with ZTM, RO and the Ordering Party (its construction results from the planned change of traffic organization at the intersection of Warszawska and Borowa Streets),
20. Reconstruction of bus stops on Borowa Street (on the section between ul. Welca and Warszawska Street) in consultation with ZTM, RO and the Contracting Authority at the stage of design works (reconstruction resulting from the planned change of traffic organization) - if necessary,
21. Construction of the necessary technical infrastructure, structures and construction equipment along with the reconstruction of conflicting infrastructure,
22. Other elements resulting from technical conditions and applicable regulations,
23. Other data for design in accordance with applicable regulations and currently applicable provisions of European Union and Polish law.
In addition, the subject of the contract also includes the exercise of author's supervision over the implementation of construction works with the rights of option referred to in the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law. Estimated number – 10 stays and 700 units of workload (IU).
The Design Documentation should be developed in accordance with the Design Development Table (TOP).
During the execution of the order, the Contractor will perform all necessary actions for the execution of the works.
NOTE: Obtaining the decision of the ZRID by the Contractor of the project work can only occur after securing financial resources in the budget of the City of Rzeszów for the payment of damages for the seized properties, for which the Contractor is obliged to obtain written confirmation from the Ordering Party before obtaining this decision.
