1.The subject of the contract is: Development of project documentation for
extension of the provincial road No. 575 on the section from km 66+700 to km 70+167 in the town of Wojewódzka Osniki and Wolves Polish.
The documentation should include the following studies:
1.1. Annexes to the application for a decision on environmental conditions
1.2. Environmental impact assessment report
1.3. Geotechnical and geological documentation
1.4. Documents to reassess the impact of the project on the environment
1.5. Construction project
1.6. Demolition project
1.7.Maps containing property division projects
1.8. Annexes to the application for a decision to authorise the implementation of road investment
1.9. Annexes to the application for waterproofing consent
1.10.Permanent traffic organisation and traffic light design
1.11.Detailed design
1.12.Technical specifications
2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order can be found in the Technical Specification (Part IV SWZ).
3.In the case of indication in the description of the subject of the contract of trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the product or services provided by a particular contractor, the Contracting Authority shall allow equivalent solutions.
In the case of reference in the description of the subject of the contract to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Employer allows solutions equivalent to those described.

5.The subject of the order has not been divided into parts. The Contracting Authority shall not allow the submission of partial tenders.
6. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers and in the form of electronic catalogs.
7.The contracting authority provides for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law up to the net value of PLN 576,845.89.
As part of a similar contract, the following is envisaged:
Design works on the road section covered by the basic contract and on the sections and area adjacent to the road covered by the basic contract in all industries: road, sanitary, energy, telecommunications.
Geological surveys on the road section covered by the basic contract and on the sections and terrain adjacent to the road covered by the basic contract.
8.The Contractor is obliged to have a civil liability insurance policy (OC) for the entire period of contract performance, at least to the extent identical to the scope of the service entrusted to perform and for a guarantee sum not lower than the amount specified in the contract.
The Contracting Authority allows for a situation in which the Contractor will systematically present during the term of the contract Policies confirming the possession of third party liability insurance meeting the above-mentioned parameters instead of one policy for the entire duration of the contract.
The Contractor is obliged to submit the Third Party Liability Insurance Policy within no more than 7 days
9.Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the PPL, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ on the basis of an employment relationship persons performing the following activities in the field of contract performance, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - employment at the Municipal Office. for jobs - persons responsible for supervising, coordinating and directing.

The Contracting Authority provides for the application of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Article 139 (1) of the Pzp Act, i.e. the Contracting Authority shall first examine and evaluate the tenders and then make the qualification of the contractor whose offer has been highest assessed, in the absence of grounds for exclusion, and fulfilling the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
In accordance with Article 257 p.z.p., the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of rescinding the procedure in question if the public funds which the Contracting Party intended to allocate to the financing of all or part of the contract have not been granted to it.
