The lead Authority and partner councils were seeking to award 2 contracts each for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for and additional 2 years to perform a series of reviews as outlined in the specification, split into 2 lots:
Lot 1: Single Person Discount;
Lot 2: Empty Homes and New Homes Bonus.
The Councils were seeking the provision of a service to check, verify and remove Council Tax Single Person Discount where paid but not applicable.
There Councils were seeking the provision of a service to help maximise Empty Home and New Homes Bonus by helping to reduce the number of properties that are empty for more than 6 months.
