Consultany assistance for an efficiency project.

UNE pictures a project carried out in two phases. The first phase will stretch over 3-6 months, the second 6-9 months.

In the first phase UNE has a concrete need for assistance including:

— Getting advice on method(s) for uncovering possible reasons for why the productivity targets have not been reached,

— Obtaining and analysing information on possible reasons for why the productivity targets have not been reached,

— Working out written report(s) where the conclusions, background for the conclusions (the finds) appear and proposals for measures.

We have entered into a consultancy contract for a maximum of 1.5 years.
