The Framework Agreement for IT cooperation between public organisations in the Kokkola region (1.7.2023-30.6.2026 and possible option period 1.7.2026-30.6.2027) for the delivery of IT equipment (PCs, monitors and laptops) will be put out to tender as a restricted procedure. Participation in the restricted procedure shall be subject to the fulfilment of the attached request for participation and the fulfilment of its minimum requirements in accordance with the application.
The target of the procurement is the city of Kokkola and the city group's enterprises and companies,

workstations, laptops and monitors, their delivery and support services.
The goal is to form a co. A framework agreement on the delivery of IT equipment and its delivery in accordance with section 42 of the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts (1397/2016), which has several operators and covers extensively the IT equipment needs of the aforementioned organisations and units and provides a functional delivery service concept for the aforementioned organisations and units.
A framework contract shall be concluded with the winning companies for the contract period specified in the invitation to tender.
Contracting entities draw up their own contracts with the selected suppliers.
The aim is to find at least three partners who are interested in and able to carry out procurements.
Information on the products offered can be found in the appendices to the invitation to tender, and the services offered and their minimum requirements are recorded in separate service description appendices.
The Supplier may not submit a tender for competitive tendering if the Supplier is unable to fulfil the requirements set out in the service kuvaku.
On the basis of this competitive tendering, the client also has the right to procure other computer equipment from those selected as the framework contract supplier in accordance with a tender submitted on the basis of a separate mini-tendering process.
