This consultation is an allotted purchase order framework agreement with minimum and maximum amount. Its purpose is the maintenance and work of Fire Safety Systems (FSS).
Maintenance and work must be carried out in all RATP establishments in the Île-de-France region (Railway network workshops, Tramway network workshops, BUS centres, technical attachments, stations or stations of the RATP network, Tunnels, PCC, tertiary buildings or RATP administrative premises).
The services expected under this contract are as follows:
- Preventive and corrective maintenance per site, of all installations,
- 24/7 troubleshooting without interruption of service, including during holiday periods,
- repairs,
- post-fire restoration,
- the guarantee of repairs in compliance with the conditions of responsiveness,
- work (modification, addition, or adaptation of the system or refurbishment after dispatch),
- Updating maintenance and implementation schedules.
