The sale of electricity and the provision of distribution services will be carried out on the terms and conditions set out in the Material Contractual Provisions and this Specification and in the Act of 10 April 1997. The Contractor undertakes to sell electricity to the Ordering Party and to provide its distribution services to electricity consumption points in the following facilities of the Contracting Entity:

The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of a comprehensive supply of electricity (sales and distribution) and settlement of the electricity introduced by the Contracting Authority
