Object planning outdoor facilities.
On the state-owned property in Königswartha is the listed ensemble of the historic castle with castle park and castle pond. The existing buildings are in use by the fishery authority with fishing school of the Saxon State Office for the Environment, Agriculture and Geology (LfULG) and are to be comprehensively refurbished in terms of energy and heritage. In this context, the preservation of the castle park is planned.
For the refurbishment of the entire castle park, a detailed design plan has already been prepared within the framework of the elaboration of a garden preservation framework objective. In particular, the reconstruction / refurbishment of the road network, the restoration of the wood stands, the restoration of visual axes, the addition of equipment and the renovation of the dry stone wall are required.
In addition, the open spaces close to the building are to be restored or rearranged after the implementation of the building construction measures.
In addition to the above-mentioned garden preservation framework objective, a feasibility study in the quality of a decision document (ES) is available for the entire construction project.
The project is scheduled to start in October 2019 and the final completion in June 2027.
The total cost estimate calculated in preparation for this procedure amounts to approx. EUR 12 091 000.00 gross for the KG 200-600 (of which EUR 2 228 400.00 relates to the KG 500).
