As part of an open procedure, the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS) is planning to purchase an LED wall (complete system) with compatible signal transmission technology for events (including video conferences, press conferences, workshops, panel discussions, etc.) for the Berlin headquarters press room. The LED wall is to be permanently installed on the front side of the press room. The providers ensure that the sound signal can be played out via the existing sound system.

Requirements include:

Clear, smooth visualization of graphics/background themes, animations, presentations, videos/movies, websites, connections - split screen - 4K resolution, 220”

The LED screen must be particularly suitable as a background for stream/film/television recordings.

The LED screen offered is subjected to sampling (see Appendix 2, No. 11). Suppliers are required to present the recommended 4K LED wall to the BMAS in the same or at least comparable size and technical features, so that the BMAS gets an idea of the playback quality, usability, functionalities and design.
