Physical protection of military complexes supplying the 4th Military Economic Branch in Gliwice – divided into 6 parts

The subject of the contract are services in the field of direct permanent and ad hoc physical protection of areas (areas, facilities and equipment) as well as persons and property, as well as ensuring the observance of public order on the protected facilities, provided by Specjalistyczne Zbrojone Protective Formations (SUFO).

e) Military Complex, 1 Artyleryjska Street in Częstochowa.

In the scope of parts 1 - 6: The contracting authority provides for the following requirements related to the performance of the contract: in the scope of employment based on an employment relationship, in the circumstances referred to in Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law.

The Contractor/Subcontractor shall conclude an employment contract - persons participating in the implementation of the subject of the contract were employed by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of the Labour Code.

Scope of the following activities: physical protection of persons and property; counteracting all threats resulting from non-compliance with the order rules in force on the premises of the protected facility; checking the right to stay on the premises; strict compliance with current decisions and instructions of persons responsible for the protection of facilities; responding to alarm signals generated by device

alarm supporting physical protection of objects.
