Construction and reconstruction of the gas network in Warsaw, Boznańska Street, Człuchowska, Pola, Strąkowa, Stroma, Known — Phase III.4 of the project “Construction of the gas network on the territory of the Warsaw Aglomeration”

The subject of the speech order shall, in particular, include:

1) construction/reconstruction:

(a) existing steel sections of the low pressure gas network on the medium pressure polyethylene network using the anti-pressure method, loose relinking and the open excavation method, including adjustment of the upgraded network for medium pressure operation

b) construction of underground sections of low-pressure gas installations

(c) decommissioning of existing gas pipelines and gas connections

2) carrying out the work accompanying the construction/reconstruction referred to in point 1).

Description and technical details of the item of the order:

1) Location: Warsaw- Wola District:

2) Total length of gas network after reconstruction: L= approx. 2900.5m

3) Pipe Technology: PE100 RC SDR17

4) Pipe diameters used: DN90 PE100 RC SDR17, L= approx. 474.0 m

DN90 PE100 RC SDR17,6, L= approx. 256.0 m;

DN63 PE100 RC SDR11, L= approx. 1319.0 m;

DN25 PE100 RC SDR11, L= approx. 851.5 m

5) Total length of gas installations: L= approx. 471.0m

6) Pipe Technology: PE100 SDR11

7) Pipe diameters used: DN40 PE100 SDR11, L= approx. 69.5 m

DN32 PE100 SDR11, L= approx. 401.5 m

8) Approximately 2650m of the existing n/c gas pipeline and approximately 1020.0m existing n/c connections were envisaged for decommissioning.

9. Detailed technical solutions are provided in the design documentation constituting Annex No 4 to the Agreement.

For the implementation of Stage III.4, the Contracting Authority obtained the Construction Permit Decision No 20/N/20 of 14.02.2020 and Certificate No 101/AB/2020 dated 13.02.202020r.

A detailed description of the contract and obligations of the Contractor shall include: Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Annex No 2 to the Model Agreement, Technical Conditions No PSGWA.ZMSM.763.330.19.G of 18.10.2019r, constituting Annex No 3 to the Model Contract, Project with construction permit Decision No 20/ N/20 of 14.02.2020, Certificate No 101/AB/2020 of 13.02.202020r, constituting Annex No 4 to the Model Agreement and technical specification for the performance and acceptance of construction works, constituting Annex No 5 to the Model Agreement.

The contract is co-financed by the European Union Regional Development Fund under the Infrastructure and Environment Operational Programme 2014-2020. Action: 7.1 Development of smart energy storage, transmission and distribution systems. Pursuant to Article 257 of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority may invalidate the procurement procedure if the public funds which the Contracting Party intended to allocate to the financing of all or part of the contract have not been granted to it

The Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of changing the content of the SWZ and the announcement, including the change of the terms contained therein.
