Kajaani St. Petersburg is asking for hourly rates for RU hourly work for the contract period 1.4.2019-31.12.2020 + two (2) year option. A separate decision on the use of the option will be made no later than three (3) months before the end of the contract period and notified to the party concerned.

The subject of the purchase is RU hourly work in different properties. One (1) supplier will be selected to provide the service. The customer does not commit to any procurement volume but orders work as needed. The ordered work is performed on weekdays during normal working hours. For larger contracts, the client reserves the right to request bids separately. The tenderer should note that larger jobs may require a cost estimate in advance. The work must be carried out in accordance with the standards and quality standards commonly used in the RU, and must comply with all applicable laws, norms, regulations and guidelines in the RU. The service provider is responsible for ensuring that the work is done carefully. The client checks and approves the result of the work. If defects or poor quality are found, the service provider is obliged to correct the defects and defective quality. If problems with the quality of work at different sites are discovered during the contract period, the customer is entitled to terminate the contract after two (2) written complaints.
