Maintenance of the West Indies — Guyana Patrol Vessors and Associated Services
This notice concerns a framework agreement in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2325-1.1º and R. 2362-1 to R. 2362-8 of the Public Order Code. The purpose of this framework agreement is “the maintenance in operational condition of the Antilles — Guyana patrol vessels and associated services” and carries out the award of its subsequent contract for the maintenance services of those vessels in operational condition.
It is part of a procedure with negotiation with prior publicity in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 2324-3, R. 2324-3 and R. 2361-8 to R. 2361-12 of the Public Order Code.
The subsequent contract forms the basis of the subject matter of the framework agreement and may be carried out as follows:
— pursuant to Articles R. 2391-8 to R. 2391-10 of the Order Code, the contract the subsequent
contract may include one or more optional tranche (s) in accordance with the terms and conditions that will be explained in the consultation record; — pursuant to Article R. 2362-7 of the Public Order Code, the call-up will specify the characteristics and the terms and conditions for the performance of the services claimed which have not been set out in the framework agreement and which will be carried out either on a firm share or through purchase orders;
— pursuant to Articles R. 2372-19 to R. 2372-21 of the Public Order Code, the contract Subsequent material technical hazards will include a provisional share for orders for supplies or services.
