The subject matter of the present procurement procedure is the provision of the payment service by means of the SWIFT Service Office.

L-Bank intends to commission a SWIFT service office as part of its payment transaction processing. In order to implement the bank's requirements, standard solutions and standard software must be used wherever possible. This applies in particular to sending and receiving common payments and messages in the area of SEPA, SWIFT and Target2. The SWIFT Service Office should implement and, if possible, anticipate new developments from the market as well as regulations implemented by the legislator. Developments according to customer requirements may also be required. The contractor has the expertise and experience to implement the solution in a reasonable time. An NDA is required for more information on the architecture of the L-Bank.

The subject matter of the present procurement procedure is therefore the provision of the payment service by means of the SWIFT Service Office.
