4.The Central Cemetery is entered into the register of monuments under number 1066 on the basis of the decision of 16 June 1985 of the Provincial Conservator of Monuments (L.dz. KL. III.5340/10/85). The spatial layout, communication routes, technical infrastructure, small architecture and low and high greenery are protected.
5.The war tomb includes the following objects:

5. The war tomb includes the following objects:
1) War Headquarters of the Soldiers of the Polish Army and the Soviet Army,
2) Mass grave of soldiers of the Combat Army Unit (underground formation)
independence),
3) War Headquarters of Belgian Prisoners of War and Prisoners of the Polish Army,
4) Cemetery of French Prisoners of War at Litewska Street,
5) Mass grave at the municipal cemetery Dąbie.
6. Due to the valuable tree stand growing in the Central Cemetery, it is forbidden to move heavy, multi-ton (with high sides) vehicles that would expose branches and tree branches to damage, and the surface of alleys to devastation.
7. The Contractor shall execute the subject of the contract with the utmost care required
from an entity professionally providing this type of services, on the basis of ensuring the highest quality of work, in accordance with the provisions of generally applicable law,
including, among others, the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779
as amended) - The producer of waste generated during the implementation of the subject of the contract is the Contractor (legal basis: Article 3(1)(32) of the Waste Act), as well as
Ordinance No. 140/21 of the Mayor of the City of Szczecin of 23 March 2021 on the Standards for the maintenance, protection and development of green areas of the City of Szczecin and the obligations for their implementation, as well as with the SWZ and the offer, which will constitute an integral part of the contract.
8. The Contractor shall be obliged to purchase from the Ordering Party the timber which it will obtain
in connection with the implementation of the subject of the contract. In the price offer, the Contractor does not include the price for the purchase of wood. The Ordering Party will issue invoices for the sale of harvested wood. The amounts resulting from the above-mentioned invoices (determined on the basis of the currently applicable order of the Director of the Municipal Services Plant regarding the price list and the rules for the sale of wood from felling trees from urban green areas) will be deducted from the invoices issued by the Contractor for the implementation of the subject of the contract.
9. The Contractor shall provide, in the fleet of vehicles used in the manufacture of the object
procurement, at least 10 % share of electric vehicles or powered vehicles
natural gas within the meaning of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility
and alternative fuels.
