The subject of the contract is the retrofitting of medical equipment to the Clinical Department of Otolaryngology and Laryngological Oncology of the Mazovian Specialist Hospital Sp. z o.o. The material scope of the Task includes the purchase, delivery and assembly of an operating microscope, nozzle ventilator and electromagnetic surgical navigation along with the adaptation of the room for the Clinical Department of Otolaryngology and Laryngological Oncology of the Mazovian Specialist Hospital Sp. z o.o. in Radom used to perform highly specialized procedures in the field of oncological otolaryngology. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the draft provisions of the contract together with Annexes A, B and C to the SWZ.

1. Operating microscope – 1 pc.

2. Nozzle respirator – 1 pc.

3. Electromagnetic surgical navigation – 1 set with room adaptation
