HDSR must set out an order for the minor architectural maintenance for the various buildings of the Zuiver and Waterbeheer departments. The maintenance mainly concerns malfunction-prone maintenance work, for example replacement of broken cylinders, broken windows, but also (smaller) planned preventive maintenance such as painting, roofing and plumbing.

In this context, HDSR is looking for two contractors for minor structural maintenance. The contract concerns a framework agreement of a maximum of 4 years.
