KL-Kuntahankinnat Oy is competing for presentation technology equipment and related services on behalf of customers operating in different parts of Finland. The minimum requirements for the subject of the procurement are set out in the section on Criteria for the subject of the invitation to tender and in the annexes to the invitation to tender, all of which form an integral part of the invitation to tender. The products and services offered must meet all the requirements stated in the invitation to tender and its annexes.

The subject matter of the acquisition is the performance technology equipment and related accessories and services and systems under the terms and conditions to be agreed in the framework agreement. In this context, presentation equipment means equipment used for the recording, processing, reproduction, and audio-visual communication of images and sound. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the annexes to the invitation to tender.

Municipal procurement is selected by up to three (3) suppliers with whom it concludes a framework contract. Three (3) suppliers shall be selected, provided that there are at least three (3) tenderers who have submitted an admissible tender. Two (2) suppliers shall be selected if there are only two (2) tenderers who have submitted an admissible tender. The term of the agreement is two (2) years and may be extended by one option period of up to two (2) years.

In the framework agreement to be established, customers may procure on the basis of suppliers' preference, or on the basis of lighter tendering. The criteria are described in Annex 6 to the invitation to tender.

The supplier must have the capability to deliver the products and services to the customer area listed in Annex 1 to the invitation to tender.
