The purpose of this contract is the overall redesign of the institutional website of the University of Strasbourg (unistra.fr) and its maintenance. It is a composite form contract, corresponding partly to an ordinary contract, partly to a framework agreement with purchase orders. Indeed, it includes: - an ordinary market part, characterized by its overall and fixed price corresponding to the redesign and maintenance of the site; - a part of purchase orders relating to the scalability of the site
