The subject of this contract is the acquisition of an outdoor "chamber of culture" module and associated regulatory elements within the Center for Research in Experimental and Predictive Ecology - Ecotron Île-de-France (Cereep), UMS CNRS 3194.

The desired module will be installed outdoors, on a platform that has a location equipped with a concrete slab with a total surface of 100 m 2 approximately, able to support a load of 4 t.

The module is not a "classical" culture chamber (or greenhouse) because of the technical performance required.

The technical and functional specifications of the desired "culture room" module are specified in the CCTP.

The technical performance required for the acquisition of the "culture chamber" module and the associated regulatory elements are as follows:

- temperature regulation range: seed germination requires a so-called vernalization phase, that is to say, a period when the seeds are planted in pots which are kept at a low temperature (of the order of 4 ºC), for a period of a few days. To start the germination, the temperature is then gradually increased. To ensure this synchronization on the start of germination of all seeds, we need cells with low temperatures,

- Precision on temperature regulation: the temperature in each cell must be precisely controlled, unlike with a greenhouse (for example) where the temperature of the cell culture depends mainly on the temperature and the outside climate. The temperatures in the cells will be set to absolute values and not relative to the outside temperature, within the climatic conditions of the site, that is to say: minimum -7ºC, maximum 35 o VS,

- artificial lighting: each culture cell will be equipped with artificial lighting (not included in the service). On the other hand, in a greenhouse, for example, natural lighting is available but the duration and intensity depend on the season.

The technical and functional specifications of the desired "culture room" module are specified in the CCTP.

The "Possible Additional Services" (PES) requested under this contract and optional are as follows:

- optional supplementary service 1: humidity regulation for each culture zone (3) comprising an ultrasonic humidifier and a wheel dryer,

- optional supplementary service nº 2: supervision system for the entire module,

- optional additional service n ° 3: development tools associated with the PLC program.
