The procurement services of the City of Turku's Group administration request tenders for gym equipment and maintenance services for the offices of different units of the City of Turku for the period 1.10.2023(target)-30.9.2025, after which the agreement can be made

The Client's decision to extend on the original terms and conditions for a maximum of two (2) years, for the period 1.10.2025-30.9.2027.

The acquisition is divided into two subsets:

1. Gym equipment

2. Gym equipment maintenance service

A framework agreement is made with one supplier/service provider for each sub-entity.

Based on the average of the last two years, the estimated total value of the procurement is approximately EUR 50,000 / year for gym equipment and approximately EUR 12,000 / year for maintenance services. Especially with regard to equipment, the need for procurement varies a lot. The Client does not commit to a specific purchase quantity or value.

The main user of the agreement is the Sports Service Centre of the Sports Service Package.

In terms of gym equipment, the purchase mainly concerns replenishment orders. The customer reserves the possibility to put larger equipment packages out to tender separately.

In terms of maintenance services, the procurement includes maintenance of gym equipment carried out on a separate order and periodic maintenance at the customer's sites.

Tenderers have the opportunity to learn more about the gyms and equipment to be serviced by participating in the gym inspection on Monday 11.9.2023.
