The purpose of this contract is to conclude a framework agreement for the dissemination of the UMH brand through news, purchase of advertising space, events and marketing actions included in the lots described in Annex 1 of the Technical Specifications, and the selection and approval of a limited number of suppliers of said services. This framework agreement responds to the need to rationalize and unify the provision of the services included in Annex I of the Technical Specifications that govern this file to try to meet the needs that are required, for its own operation and the fulfillment of its purposes, as well as to establish the terms to which the contracts based on it must conform.
