The contracting authority needs a framework agreement for the procurement of buried containers and electronics, including an administration system and external hosting. The contracting authority has chosen to procure buried containers and electronics in one and the same total delivery, and encourages the market to join up with relevant sub-suppliers in order to cultivate the right product for the right need for competence, quality, and technology.
Based on previous statistics, the entire contract value is estimated to be approx. NOK 46 million over 6 years for buried containers and electronics.
The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years, with a unilateral option for the contracting authority to extend the framework agreement for 2+2 years. The reason for having a longer contract period for the framework agreement is the complexity, system, and resource use with the accompanying costs for changing components and system. All estimates are given according to the contracting authority's best judgement for the contract period. The limit for the framework agreement is set to maximum 25% increase of the stated value for the entire contract period including options.
