1. The subject of the contract is the replacement of thermal insulation on the pipelines of the 2xDN800 overhead network in the area of Tęczowa, Góralska and Wysoka streets in Wrocław with a total length of approx. 570 m.
2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 7 stages described in the SWZ.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes:
1) SWZ;
2) model contract;
3) Design documentation – Construction Design: Renovation of the 2xDn800 heating network at Wysokie, Tęczowa, Góralska streets in Wrocław,
4) Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works: Renovation of the 2xDn800 heating network at Wysokie, Tęczowa, Góralska streets in Wrocław.
4. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee for all works covered by the subject of the contract – for a period of 5 years.
5. The obligations of the Contractor and the Contracting Authority as well as the conditions for the performance of the contract are presented in the contract template (Annex 9 to the SWZ).

4) Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works: Renovation of the 2xDn800 heating network at Wysokie, Tęczowa, Góralska streets in Wrocław.
4. Scope of the contract:
1) Securing and marking the construction site and organizing the construction facilities in accordance with applicable health and safety regulations.
2) Providing and securing storage places for materials and machinery for construction purposes.
3) Execution of the construction service project.
4) Disassembly, removal and disposal of dismantled thermal insulation, together with other dismantled elements.
5) Dismantling and removal of galvanized sheet jacket.
6) Cleaning and corrosion protection of pipelines, steel structures, casing pipes, sliding supports, steel supports and fixed points.
7) Cleaning, reprofiling and securing the structure of concrete supports together with all accompanying works.
8) Painting of heating chambers.
9) In the absence of protection of the existing fittings: drainage and venting, clips on the overhead network, a metal box with a padlock or patent lock should be made.
10) Installation of new insulation from prefabricated insulation elements made of PUR foam with galvanized sheet jacket on pipelines, venting, existing fittings, clips, sliding supports and fixed points.
11) Execution of cleaning and restoration works of the area after the complete completion of works. Being the subject of the contract.
12) The subject of the contract should be made with the utmost care, in accordance with applicable law, including in particular the Construction Law, in accordance with the principles of technical knowledge and in accordance with the provisions contained in the model contract and the Design Documentation.
13) The Contractor is obliged to perform all activities necessary to perform the subject of the contract, even if they have not been specified in detail in the Design Documentation and STWiORB.
5. The Contractor shall provide guarantees and warranties for all works covered by the subject of the contract — for a period of 5 years.
