The Leibniz Institute for Plasma Research and Technology (INP) operates a large number of plasma systems. In order to operate these, an extensive central and decentralized gas supply is required.

The subject of the contract is regular maintenance and inspection, as well as the repair of the systems and components described in the specifications.

The basis is the technical rules, regulations and laws, and the information and regulations of the manufacturer must be observed.
