preventive and curative maintenance of rotary storage units and storage towers at the aia CF, dismantling of reformed equipment and transfer of storage units from the Toul site to Clermont-Ferrand

as an indication, the aia CF fleet includes 7 vertical rotary storage units commissioned during the years 1988 to 1995, whose manufacturers were sirius/ferralco, lista megamat, electroclass and CERIMON. It also includes a dozen more recent equipment (vertical rotary storage units and Kardex brand tray storagers) commissioned between 2016 and 2020. The service expected of the holder is: - preventive maintenance of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic assemblies including those relating to plCs and internal computer systems (including parts and labour), - curative maintenance, - the dismantling of certain equipment, - the transfer of storage units between Toul and Clermont-Ferrand, - the relocation of storage unit(s) to the Clermont-Ferrand site. The draft framework agreement also includes a provision for contingencies whose purpose is to order services that could not be precisely defined in the initial framework agreement and that would prove necessary during execution (Article R2372-19 of the Public Procurement Code)
