The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the needs of street lighting and buildings and facilities of the Ordering Party in the period from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023 The estimated energy consumption [kWh] during the contract completion period will be approx. 2,100,000 kWh. The contracting authority provides for the award of contracts representing no more than 10% of the value of the basic contract, consisting in the extension of supplies. The subject of the contract should be performed in accordance with the conditions contained in the Terms of Reference, the model contract and applicable law, with due diligence required of a professional. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with quality standards of service in accordance with the binding provisions of the Energy Law.
