Successive supply of reagents for the needs of the Karol Marcinkowski University of Medical Sciences in Poznań, divided into 10 parts.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ (price form) for individual parts and in Annex 3a to the SWZ (additional requirements - it is an integral part of the description of the subject of the contract - Annex 3).

The Contracting Authority guarantees the Contractor the performance of the contract for an amount not less than 15% of the contract value

The subject of the contract has been described in detail in quantity and type in the price form constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ. However, the quantities given in the form are only a forecast needed to compare offers. In the course of the contract, the Ordering Party will order reagents in quantities consistent with the actual needs of Users. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use the entire assortment from the price form (Appendix No. 3 to SWZ)
