The electrical engineering vocational school center is the largest vocational school center in the state capital of Dresden. In addition to the vocational school for the professional areas of electrical engineering, information and telecommunications technology, as well as mechatronics and microtechnology, it also consists of the technical college and the vocational high school for technical science and information and communication technology. The school location is now to be adapted to the needs of the schools through renovation and expansion and brought up to the current legal status. The necessary measures include the renovation of the existing school building, the demolition of 2 buildings with a subsequent replacement to expand the school building and the construction of a two-field sports hall. The overall scope also includes the new construction and renovation of the specialist classrooms. It is planned to apply for a grant for the project.
The total of the manufacturing costs of cost groups 380, 470 and 600 for the overall measure is approx. EUR 11.37 million gross.
The client intends to implement the service phases (Lph) 2 (pro rata), 3 and 5 to 9 for the object planning for interiors (OPI) according to § 34 i. V. m. Annex 10 HOAI as well as the specialist planning technical equipment (FPTA) for plant group 7 according to § 55 i V. m. To commission Annex 15 HOAI for the planning of the specialist classrooms and workshops. The HOAI is agreed in the version valid at the time the order is placed (currently the current version from 2013).
The assignment takes place in stages. With the conclusion of the negotiation process, phase 2 is initially contractually commissioned (pro rata). There is no legal claim to the transfer of all Lph. There is also no legal entitlement to further commissioning after the first performance phase has been completed. The completion of performance phase 8 is expected in 2030.
