Bright Futures Educational Trust (BFET) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced service providers to deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance services across three BFET academies. The services will include planned maintenance, day to day repairs, servicing, and minor works that may be needed. An emergency service is also required which includes having a call out facility during all evenings and weekends and public holiday periods throughout the period of the Contract.

Services will be delivered under a JCT Measured Term Contract 2011 (as amended).

The Contract period shall be for 3 years with the option of 2 x 12 month extensions subject to satisfactory performance and ongoing requirement.

Candidates should be aware that this procurement is being run under the restricted procedure and as such only Supplier Questionnaire responses are required at this stage. Following evaluation of SQ's BFET intend to shortlist to the top 6 ranking Candidates to submit a tender.
