The subject of the Order is the execution of construction works: “Use of High Efficiency Cogeneration - Construction of a thermal network from pre-insulated steel pipes together with connections to buildings on os. B. Chrobrego 47 in Poznań”.

The subject of the Order is the execution of construction works: “Use of High Efficiency Cogeneration - Construction of a thermal network of pre-insulated steel pipes together with connections to buildings on os. B. Chrobrego 47 in Poznań”. The implementation of the task consists in the construction of a thermal network from pre-insulated steel pipes together with connections to buildings on os. B. Chrobrego 47 Poznan:
a) The execution of construction works in the field of construction of heat shade and connectors in pre-insulated technology with a resistive alarm system with diameters 2xDN 32-100 and a length of approx. 268 m according to the design documentation,
(b) Liquidation of heating chambers, according to the design documentation and technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes:
2.1. design documentation consisting of a construction project - implementation,
2.2. technical specification for the performance and acceptance of construction works - part III of the SWZ.
3. The specific rights and obligations of the Ordering Party and the Contractor are laid down in Part II of the SWZ.
4. Pursuant to Article 95 (1) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship within the meaning of Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 — Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320 as of late) of persons performing direct activities in the implementation of works in the field of:
4.1. assembly of the district heating network and its components
4.2. the performance of welded connections of the heating network and its components,
4.3. Installation of complete muff connectors on a pre-insulated network,
4.4. Installation and sanitation.
