The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive maintenance services for the rolling stock of the "Koleje Małopolskie" Sp. z o.o. Company, divided into tasks.

The scope of services for Task 1 includes the maintenance of clean rolling stock from the SP-0, SP-1, SP-2 levels in the locations indicated by the Contracting Authority:

- Kraków Główny KGA – level SP-1, SP-2

- Kraków Główny – SP-0

- Kraków Airport – SP-0 level

- Kraków Plaszów – level SP-1, SP-2

Comprehensive performance of the levels of keeping the rolling stock clean is planned throughout the day, on all days of the week - also on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, depending on the current operational needs. The order should be carried out in accordance with the operational needs of the Ordering Party, set out in the schedules developed by the Ordering Party on the basis of the applicable train timetable. The services must be performed with the use of chemicals recommended in the manufacturer's Technical and Operational Documentation and with an appropriate certificate. A list of cleaning agents is attached to the Terms of Reference.

The scope of services for task No. 2 includes maintaining the cleanliness of rolling stock from the SP-1 level in the locations indicated by the Employer:

- Nowy Sacz

- Tarnow

Comprehensive performance of the levels of keeping the rolling stock clean is planned throughout the day, on all days of the week - also on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, depending on the current operational needs. The order should be carried out in accordance with the operational needs of the Ordering Party, set out in the schedules developed by the Ordering Party on the basis of the applicable train timetable. The services must be performed with the use of chemicals recommended in the manufacturer's Technical and Operational Documentation and with an appropriate certificate. A list of cleaning agents is attached to the Terms of Reference.
