The subject of the Order is the development of design and cost estimation documentation for the task entitled: "Reconstruction of the dam and discharge complex on the high-pressure medium pressure gas pipeline between Lubiechów – Kłodzko – Mikowice, branch to the gas station in Świdnica at Bystrzycka Street" and the provision of author's supervision services.

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and how to implement it is contained in the description of the object of the contract (OPZ), which is Annex 3 to the SWZ and in the template of the contract, constituting Annex No 2 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract includes in particular:

1) execution of the PZT land development project and the PT technical project and the bill of quantities of works on the reconstruction of the dam and discharge complex on the increased medium pressure gas pipeline between Lubiechów – Kłodzko – Mikowice, a branch to the gas station in Świdnica at Bystrzycka Street,

2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining on behalf of and for the Employer, from the competent authority, the final building permit decision or notification on behalf of and for the Employer the intention to start construction works or construction not requiring permission for building,

3) execution of the investor's cost estimate,

4) exercising author's supervision.
