The Housing Bank of Norway would like to procure fibre-based network infrastructure for all of its premises in Norway. The network must be of the type IP VPN, and there must be network centric internet access as well as redundancy in the network for all locations and internet.
The contract duration is 1/2 year + options for 1 1/2 + 2 + 2 år, -total 6 years.

The Housing Bank of Norway would like to procure fibre-based network infrastructure for all of its premises in Norway. The network must be of the type IP VPN, and there must be network centric internet access as well as redundancy in the network for all locations and internet.
There are strong requirements for stability, availability, as well as monitoring of operations for the system. The Housing Bank of Norway would like a flexible delivery with good customer dialogue and close follow-up underway. It must be possible to change the system in the delivery according to the Housing Bank of Norway's changed needs in the contract period, by, for example, using new products, services, and technology as well as scaling them as required.
Tenderers must be able to offer a client web where it is possible to handle both administrative and service related assignments. This must, amongst other things, contain statistics about consumption and service use as well as reports about bandwidth in real time. In case of irregularities, it should be possible to report errors in the system 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A common place for support should be provided i addition to the client web. The tenderer must record all enquiries from the customer. Upon transition to the new infrastructure, the tenderer must make detailed plans for the installation of the delivery so that the existing system can be decommissioned safely and without interruption to operations. Prior to the completion of the delivery, a report must be prepared demonstrating that all connections are operative, and that traffic between all of the contracting authority’s local networks and other premises are connected to the internet, and that the system is ready for operation.
