The subject of this contract is the various works on the public lighting installations of the City of Coudekerque-Branche, including the execution of new and renovation works. The municipal desire is to develop its park through recent installations. It is a single-award framework agreement. In accordance with Article L 2113-11 of Ordinance No. 2018-1074 of 26 November 2019, it is specified that the buyer does not resort to allotment given the technical specificity of the file (global project) which requires homogeneity in its implementation and monitoring. The consultation includes a social inclusion clause. The contract is concluded for a period of one year from notification and may be expressly renewed twice for an identical duration. The maximum annual amount of the contract is set at 1,500,000eurht. This amount is not contractual and the holder will not be able to claim compensation if this amount is not reached

The subject of this contract is the various works on the public lighting installations of the City of Coudekerque-Branche, which wishes to rejuvenate its park with recent installations called new technologies. This contract concerns installations allowing public lighting on all the roads of the City of Coudekerque-Branche, on public spaces including stadiums, on certain outdoor spaces surrounding equipment and used as public spaces. Purchase orders will be established as and when required. Each order will be sent to the holder by applying the unit prices of the BPU to the estimated quantities. The maximum annual amount is set at 1,500,000eur excluding taxes, non-contractual amount (the holder will not be able to claim any compensation if said amount is not reached)
