The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of a system of transport and control of checked baggage in Terminal A of the Katowice International Airport in Pyrzowice. The investment in question was forced by the need to adapt the technical standard of the EDS baggage control device to the current one in accordance with Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1998 – Commission Implementing Decision C (2015) 8005.

The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of a system of transport and control of checked baggage in Terminal A of the Katowice International Airport in Pyrzowice. The investment in question was forced by the need to adapt the technical standard of the EDS baggage control device to the current one in accordance with Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1998 – Commission Implementing Decision C (2015) 8005.

The subject of the contract should be made on the basis of the design concept (Annex 1 to the Description of the subject of the contract, which is attached to the contract documents) containing the scope of reconstruction, including possible changes in the layout of the rooms (room intended for liquidation). The Ordering Party does not agree to any modifications in the structural layout of the object (column grid).

The main element of the order is the delivery of two devices:

a. Basic EDS device – EDS device meeting standard 3.1 (1 pc);

b. Additional device – conventional (X-ray) X-ray device (1 pc).

In addition, the required modifications of the system should be carried out to enable the installation and commissioning of devices in the BHS system in accordance with the assumptions of the design concept and the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the description of the subject of the contract.
