The purpose of this contract is the execution of care services for the homeless of Vilanova y la Geltrú in accordance with the characteristics determined in the specifications of particular technical prescriptions (PPTP).

Attend to people and groups who do not have housing, with social vulnerability, who make use of public space to spend the night or in a situation of chronic precarious accommodation and who have no connection with municipal social services, and / or are intermittent, offering care in an open environment and an alternative accommodation.

Have a greater knowledge of the situation of homelessness and social exclusion in the public space of the city that allows us to improve the development of social care policies.

Develop community outreach tasks seeking and maintaining communication and attention to the actors of the territory and activating co-responsibility
