1. The subject of the contract is the Extension of the subscription to the EnterpriseDB database engine or the delivery of equivalent licenses.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order

3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract.
