We wish to conclude a framework agreement for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months with one of the (1) most economically advantageous tenderers in accordance with the draft framework agreement set out in Annex 4.

The object of the framework contract is to order accommodation services for the teaching staff of Viljandi Culture Academy in the city of Viljandi in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in Annex 1 to the HD.
