They concern a maximum of three (3) framework agreements per organization (GGD HvB and GGD WB). These framework agreements have no purchase obligation, numbers are not recorded and volumes can vary over time. An employee (of the organizations) who undergoes mobility, determines to which contractor the further agreement will be awarded. The framework agreements are entered into for a fixed period of two (2) years, with an (optionally unilateral) extension option of two (2) times one (1) year.
