Oulun Energia has started the construction of a new power plant that produces electricity, district heat and industrial process steam. The investment includes a 215 MW biofuel power plant located in the Laanila industrial park area.
The subject of this acquisition is process electrical work and instrument installation of the bio-power plant. The contract is executed as a unit price contract.
The contract includes planned procurement and installation work as follows:
Power plant process electrical installations:
- cabling including necessary materials, accessories and installation
- cable trays, rails and rail systems including material, accessories and installation
- terrestrial potential equalization with network installation materials
- field equipment (safety switches, etc.) including necessary material, accessories and installation
- escort heating, escort heating centers with materials and installation
- electrical equipment installations
- dressing and installation of process electricity and similar centers
- markings for electrical equipment and cables
- testing and commissioning.
Instrument installation:
- field device cabling including necessary material, accessories, installation and marking
- pneumatic valve instrument, pneumatic piping including material, accessories, fittings and markings
- Impulse piping from process shut-off valves to instruments including material, accessories, fittings and markings
- cabling from field housings to the automation system including necessary material, accessories, installation and marking
- Cable racks, strips and track systems from field enclosures to the main route including material, accessories and installation
- aluminum protective tubes (hard)
- cabling from stand-alone devices to the automation system
- field device installations and markings (sensors and sensors, etc.)
- the instrumentation cabling of the fuel receiving system from the field enclosure to the automation system cabinet
- fiber optic cables
- 20 kV cables mainly for underground pipes
- junction boxes including required material, accessories, installation and marking (BOP area)
- field equipment and signal testing
- monitoring reporting
- deployment support.
