The subject of the contract is the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of the indicated

in the description of the order of municipal waste from real estate located in the Municipality of Rabka-

Zdrój, where residents live, in a way that ensures that appropriate levels are reached

recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and weight reduction of waste

biodegradable municipals put into storage. Detailed item description

the order is included in Annex 1 to SWZ.

1. Number of serviced inhabitants of the municipality — about 13,000 inhabitants;

2. Estimated weight of municipal waste to be collected and managed from the property

residing during the term of the contract – 3700 tonnes, i.e.:

a) segregated waste (plastic, metal, glass, multi-material packaging, paper) – 1300 tons,

b) mixed municipal waste – 2000 tons,

(c) green waste and other biowaste — 400 tonnes.
