The purpose of the procurement is to engage Builder assistants to carry out hospital construction projects for the South-Easter Norway Regional Health Authority.

A framework agreement shall be signed with 2-4 providers of the service.

The framework agreement period is 2 years. The contracting authority will have an option to extend the framework agreement for a further 2 years, to a maximum of 4 years.

Call-offs against the framework agreement must be expected throughout the entire contract period, and the duration of the call-offs may exceed the framework agreement period, cf. point 14.

The framework agreements may be used for all hospital projects organised by the South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority or the Health Trusts in the region.
