The present assignment involves providing additional, mobile, test capacity of at least 200 mobile test spots based on 20 tests per hour per point of purchase. This is where there is scarcity (in capacity) that cannot be filled by the fixed test provider or there is a test need to be carried out at a site where a fixed test site is not sufficient for any reason.

Mobile test capacity means test capacity that can be temporarily built and rebuilt and rebuilt and meets all associated requirements.

The test site is determined in consultation. In the case of an event, the venue is determined with the organizer of an event at or near the event site (s).

The Client wishes to conclude a Framework Agreement with two Tenderers who have made the most economically advantageous tender based on the lowest price.

If only one valid Registration is received, the entire Assignment will be awarded to this Subscriber. In that case, the Foundation will outsource the entire mobile test capacity to this Contractor or otherwise enter into an agreement (or agreements) for other events.
