Description:
“The performance of services in the field of forest management in the Sieniawa Forest District in the year 2022.” — II proceedings

The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and breaking timber and meadow and agricultural management, to be carried out in the Sieniawa Forest District in 2022.

The scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of work in the fields of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber, nursery and meadow and agricultural management resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ.

Forestry Cat

1) The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest farming and conservation, protection of the forest fire, harvesting and plucking of timber and meadow and agricultural management.

2) The scope of the subject matter of the contract shall include the total quantities of works in the field of forest farming and protection, fire protection, harvesting and plucking of timber and meadow and agricultural management resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;

Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;

3. The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated.

4) Quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract, are determined by Decision No 19 of the Director General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of the “Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works” in organizational units State Forests. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract formed the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the object of the contract contained in the Annex No 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works).

5. Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 4 to SWZ.

6. A description of the principles of the procedure for receiving forestry work is set out in Annex No 4 to the SWZ.

Maidan Forestry

2) The scope of the subject matter of the contract shall include the total quantities of works in the field of forest farming and protection, fire protection, harvesting and lumber plugs resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;
