D2Grids project FUW Bochum - provision of a drilling rig.

Stadtwerke Bochum Holding GmbH (AG) is planning to drill two geothermal wells on the site of the former Opel factory 1 in Bochum.

There is only a limited area available for drilling. From this cluster site, 2 boreholes will be drilled on 2 drained stretches of a former mine in order to alternately lift pit water for heating in winter and cooling in summer.
