The object of the contract is to define the nature and content of the mission of assistance to technical studies in Roads, Miscellaneous Networks and Green Spaces (Vrd) that the holder must provide to the National Airport Engineering Service (Snia). The SNIA is prime contractor for the construction of a hangar and the renovation-extension of tertiary buildings on Air Base 105.

The mission of the technical assistant to the project management will be to:

- Carry out the design and monitoring of the realization of the exterior developments of the project, green spaces, development of light vehicle (Vl) car parks, delivery areas, and Pl/Vl roads and pedestrian paths, fences, lighting, urban equipment ..

- carry out the design and monitoring of the implementation of all the VRDs induced by the project of extension, construction or requalification of the buildings concerned by the project, as well as those intended for the operation of the DIRISI networks of the air base.

the incumbent will assist the project management during the following phases of the operation:

- ODA (final pre-project studies);

- Pro/Dce (project studies and technical documents in the companies' consultation file);

- Act (assistance in the award of works contracts);

- Visa/Det (visa of execution and synthesis studies and direction of execution of works;

- Aor (assistance with reception operations);

- Gpa (the guarantee period of perfect completion).
