The subject of the order is
"Purchase of diesel oil (ON), AdBlue fluid in a non-cash system for company vehicles of INNEKO sp. z o.o. in Gorzów Wlkp. and non-cash vehicle washing service used for municipal waste collection"
1) During the term of the contract, the Ordering Party provides for the purchase of fuel in the amount of:
diesel fuel – 580 000 l
Ad-Blue –22,000 l
2) During the term of the contract, the Ordering Party provides for washing specialized vehicles for the collection and transport of waste in the amount of:
950 unit vehicle washing services.
3) The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use (within 24 months) the given quantities of fuels and the amount of washing vehicles indicated in points 1 and 2 (up to 30%), and the Contractor is not entitled to claim in this respect.
4) The Ordering Party shall be entitled to exercise the right of option
5) The contracting authority provides for the possibility of renewing the contract
The subject of the order is

The Contracting Authority stipulates that the number of vehicles during the duration of the contract may change.
1) During the term of the contract, the Ordering Party provides for the purchase of fuel in the amount of:
diesel fuel – 580 000 l
Ad-Blue –22,000 l
2) During the term of the contract, the Ordering Party provides for washing specialized vehicles for the collection and transport of waste in the amount of:
950 unit vehicle washing services.
3) The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use (within 24 months) the given quantities of fuels and the amount of washing vehicles indicated in points 1 and 2 (up to 30%), and the Contractor is not entitled to claim in this respect.
4) The Contracting Authority has the right to exercise the right of option by obliging the Contractor to increase the quantity of supplies of fuel/liquid/washing services during the term of the contract (within 24 months) to 30% of the volume/value of the basic contract.
5) The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of renewing the contract, consisting in repeating the subject of the contract for a period of the next 24 months using the reservation and the right of options referred to in points 3 and 4 above.
